When I changed my background I erased everything! What did I do? I dont know what I am doing! If anyone knows how to get my stuff back tell me please!

Oh man, that has happened to me at least 4 times! I have no idea how to get them back and have searched blogspot looking for answers.
it seems to happen only when use use backgrounds from that website.
if you look in customize they are usually still there, but seem to be hidden under the pictures.
hopefully someone else can help you.
